Job Description

Overview

  • Lead on-site construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Oversee interior construction projects, focusing on high-quality finishes and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout project execution.
  • Manage resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, for optimal efficiency.
  • Collaborate with project managers and design teams to align construction activities with project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain project momentum.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during construction activities.
  • Ensure project completion within budget and timeline constraints.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with 15 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in supervising interior construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges.
