Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Support daily operations for credit funds, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in closing transactions for BDC, private credit, and direct lending vehicles.
- Negotiate operational terms in credit agreements and loan servicing documents.
- Manage reconciliations for cash, positions, and P&L across multiple systems.
- Collaborate with deal teams to gather legal documentation for new deals.
- Maintain dashboards and reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Propose asset allocation strategies to optimize capital deployment effectively.
- Resolve discrepancies with fund administrators and trading counterparties efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 2–6 years of experience in financial operations or fund administration preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg, Geneva, OMS, and WSO systems essential.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for team-oriented environments.
- Knowledge of fund finance and middle-market loan operations advantageous.
