Job Description

Overview

  • Lead marketing initiatives to enhance firm branding and client engagement.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials.
  • Manage digital asset databases and oversee social media activities.
  • Coordinate public relations efforts including press releases and announcements.
  • Organize and execute company events and promotional activities.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality in all marketing deliverables.
  • Contribute to the firm's growth by identifying new marketing opportunities.
  • Maintain professionalism and integrity while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop graphics, layouts, and copy for proposals and presentations.
  • Research, write, and edit project descriptions and qualification materials.
  • Manage schedules and deadlines for advertising and editorial submissions.
  • Coordinate public relations activities and oversee press coverage.
  • Supervise and evaluate marketing team members effectively.
  • Plan and execute community events and business development activities.
  • Oversee social media and graphic design consultant's work.
  • Ensure compliance with branding standards across all materials.
  • Maintain the firm's digital asset database and historical library.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism.
  • 5–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services or luxury markets.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Strong graphic design and document layout skills.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Experience in supervising and evaluating team members.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Portfolio of design and written work required for application.
