Overview

  • Join a dynamic team as a Field Service Technician, providing essential maintenance and repair services for customer equipment across various locations.
  • Respond to customer requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the optimal functionality of ATMs, POS systems, and related devices.
  • Utilize provided tools and repair kits to perform technical fixes and installations, ensuring customer satisfaction and equipment reliability.
  • Work within a team environment, managing service calls and maintaining inventory for efficient operations.
  • Engage in diverse settings, including banks and retail establishments, adapting to various conditions and challenges.
  • Develop technical skills and gain hands-on experience in electromechanical repairs and locksmithing tasks.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform maintenance and electromechanical repairs on ATMs, POS systems, and Electric Vehicle Charging stations.
  • Conduct installations, including setting up equipment, pulling cables, and mounting devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues such as paper jams, card jams, and bill jams.
  • Inspect and test equipment for proper operation, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Prioritize and plan service calls, ensuring timely and efficient responses to customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage service parts inventory for operational readiness.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction with services.
  • Adhere to company protocols for key, alarm, and combination control processes.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; technical certifications are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical or maintenance role; 3 years preferred.
  • Proficiency with computer operating systems and consumer communication devices.
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record meeting company standards.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in various physical environments.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories and work in diverse weather conditions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to punctual attendance, overtime, and on-call rotations as required.
