Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform maintenance and electromechanical repairs on ATMs, POS systems, and Electric Vehicle Charging stations.
- Conduct installations, including setting up equipment, pulling cables, and mounting devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues such as paper jams, card jams, and bill jams.
- Inspect and test equipment for proper operation, escalating issues as necessary.
- Prioritize and plan service calls, ensuring timely and efficient responses to customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records and manage service parts inventory for operational readiness.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction with services.
- Adhere to company protocols for key, alarm, and combination control processes.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical certifications are advantageous.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical or maintenance role; 3 years preferred.
- Proficiency with computer operating systems and consumer communication devices.
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record meeting company standards.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in various physical environments.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories and work in diverse weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Commitment to punctual attendance, overtime, and on-call rotations as required.
