Job Description

Overview

  • Collaborate with Advisor Consultants to enhance client relationships and achieve sales goals within assigned territories.
  • Engage with financial advisors through proactive communication to assess needs and provide tailored investment solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize opportunities efficiently and effectively.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of focus products and deliver impactful presentations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to build rapport, sustain interest, and manage advisor relationships effectively.
  • Utilize CRM tools to log daily activities and ensure seamless communication with external stakeholders.
  • Focus on achieving sales targets through meticulous scheduling, follow-ups, and prospecting activities.
  • Support advisors in growing their business by delivering valuable insights and resources.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Partner with Advisor Consultants to maintain and expand client relationships within designated territories.
  • Proactively engage advisors via phone and email to assess needs and offer solutions.
  • Implement sales plans to capture opportunities efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Present focus products and value-added materials to prospective clients effectively.
  • Conduct thorough follow-ups to establish rapport and sustain client interest.
  • Profile advisors to provide tailored solutions for their business growth.
  • Deliver sales literature and collateral to facilitate sales processes and enhance advisor relationships.
  • Log daily activities into CRM systems to ensure seamless communication and tracking.
  • Maintain focus on achieving sales goals through structured scheduling and prospecting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
  • Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses are mandatory for this position.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a sales-related role.
  • Strong communication skills and perseverance to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and basic economic principles.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and ability to log activities effectively.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
