Job Description

Overview

  • Oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with diverse stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations effectively.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize project efficiency and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout project execution.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports and present updates to stakeholders and management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and teams to maintain workflow efficiency.

Job Requirements
