Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Associate of Science degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably with self-perform experience.
- Proficiency in preparing cost estimates using conceptual documents and historical data.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage work priorities in a fast-paced environment.
