Job Description

Overview

  • Support external and internal sales teams by facilitating investor inquiries and maintaining accurate status updates on review processes.
  • Collaborate with fundraising, compliance, and client service teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Prepare investment and operational due diligence materials, RFPs/RFIs, and pitch decks for fundraising efforts.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of firm strategies, operations, and processes to effectively address investor requests.
  • Manage investor due diligence processes, including data room management and coordination across internal teams.
  • Maintain and update marketing collateral, firm-wide statistics, and fundraising pipelines.
  • Create detailed investor profiles to support CRM team engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate information flow between fundraising, compliance, and client services teams for streamlined investor onboarding.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Collaborate with sales teams to prepare and manage fundraising materials and presentations.
  • Conduct debriefs post-investor meetings to gather insights and coordinate follow-up actions.
  • Manage and update data rooms, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for investor reviews.
  • Maintain and regularly update marketing materials and firm statistics for investor communications.
  • Develop and update investor profiles to enhance CRM team strategies and engagement.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams to ensure effective investor outreach and onboarding.
  • Coordinate reporting on fundraising pipelines and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist in implementing new initiatives within data management systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in fundraising support, investor relations, or client service roles.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and data management tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Willingness to commute regularly to other offices as needed.
