Interior Designer

Overview

• Contribute to innovative interior design projects within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Create detailed interior design plans using CAD and Revit software.
• Collaborate with team members on design concepts and project execution.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with specifications.
• Develop presentations to communicate design ideas to clients effectively.
• Research and select materials, furnishings, and finishes for projects.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of project components.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Assist in developing budgets and timelines for design projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
• Proficiency in CAD and Revit software for design and drafting tasks.
• Preferred 6 years of experience in interior design or related field.
• Strong understanding of design principles and spatial planning.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry trends and ability to incorporate innovative ideas into designs.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
