Overview

  • Lead construction projects in healthcare, lab, or K-12 sectors, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain project timelines and budgets effectively.
  • Utilize advanced scheduling software like Asta or Primavera for project planning.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations throughout project execution.
  • Document project progress, challenges, and solutions comprehensively.
  • Foster strong communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Support mid-level management in achieving organizational goals through effective leadership.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the construction process.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor project progress and address any deviations from the plan.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit detailed project reports to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project teams and external partners.

Job Requirements
