Job Description

Overview

  • Manage accounting and fund management functions for structured credit funds, including hedge funds, private equity, interval funds, and hybrid products.
  • Support CFO and Global Controller in monthly NAV closings, capital calls, distributions, and fee calculations.
  • Coordinate year-end financial statement preparation and issuance with external auditors.
  • Assist with regulatory reporting initiatives such as Form PF and Form ADV.
  • Provide ongoing support for investor inquiries and marketing materials for fund launches.
  • Contribute to process efficiency improvements and maintain data integrity and discretion.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring multitasking and analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee third-party administrators for accounting and fund management functions across diverse fund types.
  • Prepare monthly NAV closings, capital calls, distributions, and investor statements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for year-end financial statement issuance.
  • Assist in regulatory reporting initiatives, including Form PF and Form ADV.
  • Support investor inquiries and develop marketing materials for fund launches.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required.
  • CPA certification preferred; experience with structured products and CLOs highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Positive attitude and focus on team success highly desirable.
