Overview

  • Lead the strategic direction of Private Capital Administration operations across North America, ensuring alignment with global organizational goals and standards.
  • Oversee comprehensive fund administration for private equity, venture capital, and other asset classes, ensuring excellence in service delivery.
  • Drive innovation in accounting and operational processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team culture that emphasizes continuous improvement and service excellence.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to deliver integrated, scalable, and tailored PCA solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices through robust policy and procedure development.
  • Leverage advanced technology and data analytics to drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with global leadership to align regional operations with strategic objectives and innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide strategic leadership for PCA operations, ensuring alignment with global organizational objectives and standards.
  • Oversee fund activities including capital calls, distributions, and investment transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate operational risks.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize PCA processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives through scalable operations and technology integration.
  • Act as a point of escalation for client issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Foster strong relationships with technology partners to enhance PCA capabilities and innovation.
  • Monitor industry trends and market developments to inform strategic decisions and service improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of senior leadership experience in private equity fund accounting or administration.
  • Proven expertise in PCA functions, processes, systems, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering high performance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to drive change and implement innovative processes in a global organization.
  • Experience in leveraging technology for operational efficiency and scalability.
