Overview
- Lead the strategic direction of Private Capital Administration operations across North America, ensuring alignment with global organizational goals and standards.
- Oversee comprehensive fund administration for private equity, venture capital, and other asset classes, ensuring excellence in service delivery.
- Drive innovation in accounting and operational processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and compliance.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices through robust policy and procedure development.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide strategic leadership for PCA operations, ensuring alignment with global organizational objectives and standards.
- Oversee fund activities including capital calls, distributions, and investment transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate operational risks.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize PCA processes and enhance service delivery.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of senior leadership experience in private equity fund accounting or administration.
- Proven expertise in PCA functions, processes, systems, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering high performance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
