Overview

  • Lead project management initiatives for diverse multi-family, commercial, and industrial developments within a dynamic design-build firm.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, meeting quality, budget, and timeline objectives.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency in construction and development processes, enhancing organizational capabilities.
  • Oversee all phases of project lifecycle, from initial planning to execution and completion.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of objectives.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to achieve project goals effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of project management experience; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing multi-family, commercial, and industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of design-build processes and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage complex projects effectively.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
