Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects across various sectors.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to determine project scope and budget.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project financials.
• Research and source materials, labor, and equipment costs to develop precise estimates.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating; 10 years preferred.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools, with strong analytical capabilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction materials, methods, and market pricing.
