Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee fund accounting processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage relationships with administrators and external auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the CFO to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders and investors.
  • Support fund launches and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
  • Lead financial operations for the management company, ensuring efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA certification is required for this position.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in fund accounting or financial management.
  • Preferred 12 years of experience in private equity or similar industries.
  • Proven expertise in fund accounting and management company operations.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to work hands-on and manage multiple priorities effectively.
