Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in vertical construction.
• Proficiency in estimating and cost forecasting for construction projects is essential.
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and industry practices.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills to drive project success.
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities to address challenges efficiently.
• Preferred 8 years of experience in project management roles for enhanced expertise.
