Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within financial services.
- Preferred 5 years of experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with core banking systems, particularly Fiserv Signature.
- Hands-on experience with nCino or similar origination platforms.
- Strong skills in data analysis, business requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
