Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable plans.
  • Oversee configurations and integrations of core banking systems and origination platforms.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop documentation and workflows to streamline system changes and processes.
  • Manage risks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ensure project solutions meet regulatory and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within financial services.
  • Preferred 5 years of experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with core banking systems, particularly Fiserv Signature.
  • Hands-on experience with nCino or similar origination platforms.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, business requirements gathering, and documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
