Job Description

Overview

  • Contribute to investor relations and marketing initiatives within a dynamic financial services firm.
  • Support client reporting, CRM management, and marketing campaigns to enhance client engagement.
  • Assist with event preparation, investor meetings, and industry conferences coordination.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure accuracy in client-facing materials and communications.
  • Develop expertise in hedge fund investor relations and marketing operations.
  • Utilize data analysis and visualization tools to track marketing engagement metrics.
  • Contribute to content creation for presentations, reports, and thought leadership campaigns.
  • Enhance firm and product knowledge to support cross-functional team efforts.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Execute marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and website updates.
  • Maintain CRM records and distribution lists for compliant client communications.
  • Produce and distribute investor reports and communications.
  • Analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, industry events, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure consistency in client-facing materials.
  • Support content creation efforts, including presentations and videos.
  • Update product and firm data across industry databases.
  • Address ad hoc client inquiries and requests.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial services, marketing operations, or client service.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital content platforms is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Series 3 certification required post-joining.
  • Comfortable with commuting to the office five days a week.
