Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Act as the primary contact for deal execution, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors.
- Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence and provide transaction support for private asset classes.
- Manage operational and financial feasibility assessments for investment structures and portfolio transitions.
- Collaborate with finance, tax, legal, compliance, and service providers to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Implement efficient operating models, addressing workflow gaps to enhance processes.
- Support initiatives to scale deal management processes and mitigate operational risks.
- Ensure timely execution and closing of private market deals, including managing funding requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field; professional accounting qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in deal advisory and transaction management; 7 years preferred.
- Strong understanding of private investment deal mechanics, structuring, and documentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
