Job Description

Overview

  • Lead investment and deal execution activities in private markets, ensuring seamless transaction processes and strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial advisory and due diligence for diverse private equity and asset transactions.
  • Develop and implement scalable operational models to optimize global investment processes using advanced data and technology solutions.
  • Engage in cross-functional initiatives to enhance compliance, efficiency, and successful deal closures.
  • Contribute to transformation programs aimed at improving deal management and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Act as the primary contact for deal execution, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence and provide transaction support for private asset classes.
  • Manage operational and financial feasibility assessments for investment structures and portfolio transitions.
  • Collaborate with finance, tax, legal, compliance, and service providers to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Implement efficient operating models, addressing workflow gaps to enhance processes.
  • Support initiatives to scale deal management processes and mitigate operational risks.
  • Ensure timely execution and closing of private market deals, including managing funding requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field; professional accounting qualification preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in deal advisory and transaction management; 7 years preferred.
  • Strong understanding of private investment deal mechanics, structuring, and documentation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive approach to stakeholder management and operational improvements.
  • Ability to excel in fast-paced, cross-functional, multinational environments.
  • Experience in implementing scalable business models and leveraging technology for optimization.
