Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Eligibility for LCSW or LMHC licensure highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in behavioral health settings; 2 years preferred.
- Proficiency in electronic health records and documentation practices.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health treatment modalities and family systems interventions.
- Bilingual skills in English/Spanish preferred to enhance patient communication.
- CANS certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
