Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 15 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Effective leadership and team management skills to drive project success.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to address challenges proactively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software for efficient planning and execution.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
• Relevant certifications in construction management or related fields are advantageous.
