Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform daily accounting entries based on bank activity and reconcile monthly bank statements.
- Assist in monthly closings and prepare reporting packages for management review.
- Review bookkeeping of foreign subsidiaries and consolidate with the US Parent entity.
- Analyze expense reports and prepare monthly summaries of employee expenditures.
- Support fund expense allocation and billing processes on a quarterly basis.
- Ensure accurate allocation and payment of invoices while maintaining compliance.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve financial operations and reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business from an accredited institution.
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in public accounting or related fields; private equity experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Workday is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
