Overview
- Lead architectural projects within the healthcare studio, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate project proposals, contracts, and agreements with subcontracted consultants.
- Develop project schedules, manpower requirements, and budgets aligned with contract specifications.
- Conduct client programming interviews and manage the design process from inception to completion.
- Ensure adherence to corporate workplace codes and regulations throughout project execution.
- Direct project meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to maintain progress and quality.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited institution.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural or interior design, with healthcare project expertise preferred.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and REVIT; rendering skills are advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of architecture and interior design planning, technical detailing, and construction practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with organizational abilities.
