Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and regulatory clearances for project initiation.
- Monitor and control project costs to maintain budgetary compliance throughout the lifecycle.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial construction; 8 years preferred.
- OSHA 30-Hour Outreach Training certification is required.
- Construction Project Management certification is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate teams.
