Job Description

Overview

  • Assist in managing manufacturing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation.
  • Support the development and implementation of project plans and schedules.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to mitigate delays.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Contribute to the preparation of project reports and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Participate in client meetings to discuss project updates and address concerns.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist in planning and executing manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment required for project execution.
  • Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
