Senior Project Manager – Data Centers

Overview

• Lead the management of complex data center construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of data center construction projects from inception to closeout.
• Lead all project phases, including design, execution, and final delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, optimizing resources effectively.

Job Requirements

• Associate's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, focusing on data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and industry standards.
