Overview
- Contribute to the digital marketing strategy of a global law firm, ensuring accurate and timely distribution of thought leadership and external communications.
- Blend team collaboration and individual contribution to support cross-office coverage of email marketing, website, social media, and other digital channels.
- Analyze and report on digital performance using tools like Google Analytics, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategy improvement.
- Optimize website content and SEO performance, implementing best practices and utilizing tools such as Conductor.
- Coordinate targeted campaigns and client-focused digital strategies in collaboration with Business Development staff.
- Monitor and troubleshoot digital platforms outside traditional hours to ensure smooth performance and delivery.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and excellence, adhering to firm policies and information security protocols.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Distribute thought leadership and email marketing campaigns using tools like Vuture and Dispatch, including content preparation and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with Communications staff to amplify firm news and media coverage via digital channels including email marketing, website, and social media.
- Support website updates and content optimization using CMS tools, ensuring accuracy and consistency in messaging.
- Conduct benchmarking analysis and develop strategies to address gaps in current marketing efforts, aligning with organizational objectives.
- Review and edit communications for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with the firm's tone and messaging.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials, collaborating with lawyers and staff across varying seniority levels.
- Comply with firm information security policies, protecting assets from unauthorized access and reporting security risks to management.
Job Requirements
- Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent required, with additional training provided to enhance skills and speed of work.
- One to three years of experience in a law firm, financial institution, or similarly demanding environment preferred.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Vuture, HubSpot, Mailchimp), web CMS tools (e.g., Crownpeak), and CRM tools (e.g., DealCloud).
- Familiarity with web analytics software such as Google Analytics and standard office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, grammar, and research skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
