Job Description

Overview

  • Optimize and manage HRIS systems to streamline HR processes and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement technical solutions and enhance system functionality.
  • Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights for improving organizational strategies and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain HRIS workflows, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Provide user training and support for HRIS tools and reporting capabilities.
  • Create and manage documentation for HRIS processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system-related issues and enhancements.
  • Communicate technical solutions effectively to stakeholders and internal customers.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Evaluate and evolve HR systems, including payroll, benefits, and talent management modules.
  • Identify and resolve system issues to improve user experience and integration capabilities.
  • Document workflows and processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
  • Administer reporting tools and provide training to end users for effective utilization.
  • Manage system changes and implementations to optimize HRIS usage and functionality.
  • Partner with vendors and project teams to address HRIS-related needs and enhancements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance within HR systems and processes.
  • Present data-driven insights to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with HRIS systems; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and advanced HR modules.
  • Experience in implementing system changes and optimizing workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for effective data management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools for reporting purposes.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting insights and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and system development life cycle.
