Overview

  • Serve as a pivotal support for the Investor Relations team, ensuring seamless administrative operations and effective stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements to optimize departmental efficiency and stakeholder engagement.
  • Prepare and organize detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for investor meetings and communications.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring timely access to critical investor-related information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support investor relations strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and executing impactful investor events and conferences, enhancing stakeholder engagement.

Job Requirements
