Overview
- Support large-scale mission-critical and data center construction projects with detailed scheduling expertise.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze comprehensive project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish logical sequencing and milestones.
- Perform critical path and float analysis to identify and mitigate scheduling risks.
- Prepare detailed schedule reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in planning and coordination of preconstruction activities and long-lead items.
- Ensure schedules comply with contract requirements and project control standards.
- Contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and maintain detailed CPM schedules for construction projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to define sequencing, durations, and milestones.
- Update schedules regularly to reflect project progress and changes.
- Perform schedule analysis including critical path, float, and scenario planning.
- Identify risks and propose recovery or mitigation strategies.
- Support preconstruction planning and coordination of long-lead items.
- Prepare reports for internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings to communicate schedule updates and constraints.
- Ensure schedules align with contract requirements and project controls standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required.
- 5+ years of construction scheduling experience; 7+ years preferred.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6; familiarity with Microsoft Project is advantageous.
- Experience with data center, mission-critical, or complex industrial projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of CPM scheduling methodology.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in fast-track or phased construction environments.
