Job Description

Overview

  • Support large-scale mission-critical and data center construction projects with detailed scheduling expertise.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze comprehensive project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish logical sequencing and milestones.
  • Perform critical path and float analysis to identify and mitigate scheduling risks.
  • Prepare detailed schedule reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in planning and coordination of preconstruction activities and long-lead items.
  • Ensure schedules comply with contract requirements and project control standards.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and maintain detailed CPM schedules for construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams to define sequencing, durations, and milestones.
  • Update schedules regularly to reflect project progress and changes.
  • Perform schedule analysis including critical path, float, and scenario planning.
  • Identify risks and propose recovery or mitigation strategies.
  • Support preconstruction planning and coordination of long-lead items.
  • Prepare reports for internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Participate in project meetings to communicate schedule updates and constraints.
  • Ensure schedules align with contract requirements and project controls standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required.
  • 5+ years of construction scheduling experience; 7+ years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6; familiarity with Microsoft Project is advantageous.
  • Experience with data center, mission-critical, or complex industrial projects preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CPM scheduling methodology.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-track or phased construction environments.
