Job Description

Overview

  • Collaborate on architectural projects, focusing on design, documentation, and construction phases to deliver high-quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
  • Utilize Revit for creating detailed construction documents, 3D modeling, and animations to enhance project presentations and client engagement.
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and production staff to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to timelines.
  • Engage in client presentations, showcasing renderings and animations to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Maintain and manage Revit models, ensuring accuracy and consistency across project documentation.
  • Develop functional program-driven designs that align with client needs and project objectives.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced environment, taking on multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and maintain Revit models, ensuring comprehensive documentation and accurate representation of project details.
  • Develop construction document sets with minimal oversight, adhering to project specifications and standards.
  • Create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet client requirements and project goals.
  • Select design components to craft unique and purposeful spaces, enhancing project outcomes.
  • Prepare renderings, animations, and documentation for effective client presentations and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and production staff to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in architectural offices; 8 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit for construction documentation, 3D modeling, and animation creation.
  • Experience with Photoshop, SketchUp, Enscape, InDesign, MS Office applications, and AutoCAD; Dynamo proficiency is a plus.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and client interaction.
  • Healthcare project experience and licensure in home jurisdiction are advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
