Job Description

Overview

  • Support the Legal & Compliance team by managing contracts, workflows, and databases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to streamline legal operations.
  • Maintain and organize centralized directories, templates, and support materials.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for financial transactions and vendor agreements.
  • Facilitate data collection and propose process improvements for efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between Legal & Compliance and other firm departments.
  • Provide administrative support for ad hoc legal projects and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Draft, proofread, and manage legal documents including NDAs, vendor agreements, and leases.
  • Organize and maintain legal databases and directories for efficient access.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of legal workflows.
  • Prepare lease abstracts and manage documentation for office and data center leases.
  • Facilitate the collection and provision of data for internal projects.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency in legal operations.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for legal inquiries from internal teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts degree with 3+ years of paralegal or administrative experience.
  • Experience in corporate or financial transactions within trading firms or law firms.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Workspace, and web-based portals.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
  • Familiarity with databases, project management, and AI tools.
  • Licensed notary or willingness to obtain notary certification.
