Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Evaluate customer financial health and establish credit limits.
- Manage credit applications and oversee cash posting processes.
- Lead collections efforts to minimize overdue accounts and bad debt.
- Design and implement credit and collection policies to improve cash flow.
- Analyze delinquent accounts and develop strategies for risk mitigation.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit and collections management.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team and customer engagement.
- Ability to travel out-of-state 2-3 times per year as required.
