Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee fund accounting operations, including preparation of financial statements and investor reports.

• Manage property-level accounting using specialized software, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely completion.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fund accounting, with 10 years preferred.
• Proficiency in advanced accounting software and property-level accounting practices.
• Strong knowledge of private equity real estate fund operations and financial reporting.
