Green Key Resources is looking for a Life Sciences & Healthcare Director to join our innovative recruiting division specializing in healthcare and life sciences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead comprehensive recruitment processes for healthcare and life sciences roles, ensuring high-quality placements and client satisfaction.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and secure staffing agreements to drive growth.
- Utilize advanced sourcing tools and the company’s ATS to build a robust network of qualified candidates.
- Analyze market trends and client needs to inform strategic recruitment and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to align recruitment goals with organizational objectives and industry demands.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and ethical practices in all recruitment activities.
- Mentor and guide team members, promoting professional growth and fostering a collaborative work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in healthcare, life sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare or life sciences recruitment or business development; 8 years preferred.
- Proven leadership and managerial experience with a track record of driving team success.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare and life sciences industries, including roles and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a focus on innovation.
- Commitment to ethical practices and continuous professional development.
