POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic recruiting division specializing in clinical and nonclinical healthcare roles. This is a hybrid position offering the flexibility to work remotely while engaging with top healthcare professionals and organizations. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and possesses a deep understanding of healthcare recruitment processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct full lifecycle recruitment for clinical and nonclinical healthcare positions, ensuring alignment with client needs and candidate qualifications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to build a robust network of talent.
  • Utilize the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS) and other sourcing tools to identify top candidates efficiently.
  • Analyze healthcare resumes to parse specialized skills and qualifications relevant to client requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to enhance recruitment strategies and client offerings.
  • Implement creative approaches to attract both active and passive candidates in the healthcare sector.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
  • Collect and analyze recruitment data to optimize processes and improve overall effectiveness.
  • Participate in professional networking events and associations to expand industry presence and candidate pool.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in agency recruiting or healthcare recruitment; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of the healthcare industry, including clinical and nonclinical roles and organizational structures.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build lasting professional relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining ethical standards and professionalism.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market conditions.
