IT/Technical Recruiter

POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for an IT/Technical Recruiter to join our innovative and expanding IT recruiting division. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source and engage IT professionals to meet diverse client staffing needs effectively.
• Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies based on market trends and client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and establish staffing agreements to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with clients and candidates across various career stages.
• Stay informed about IT industry advancements to refine recruitment strategies.
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to enhance hiring processes and outcomes.
• Coordinate with leadership to address evolving hiring needs and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of agency recruiting experience or 1 year of IT industry experience.
• Proficient knowledge of IT industry trends and recruitment strategies.
• Demonstrated ability in cold calling and effective follow-up techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients and candidates.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment.
• Eager to learn and collaborate within a dynamic and supportive team setting.
