POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for an IT/Technical Recruiter to join our innovative and expanding IT recruiting division. This role offers the chance to connect with top IT professionals and collaborate with leading organizations, including MSPs and Fortune 500 companies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and engage IT professionals to meet diverse client staffing needs effectively.
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies based on market trends and client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and establish staffing agreements to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with clients and candidates across various career stages.
- Stay informed about IT industry advancements to refine recruitment strategies.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to enhance hiring processes and outcomes.
- Coordinate with leadership to address evolving hiring needs and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of agency recruiting experience or 1 year of IT industry experience.
- Proficient knowledge of IT industry trends and recruitment strategies.
- Demonstrated ability in cold calling and effective follow-up techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients and candidates.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment.
- Eager to learn and collaborate within a dynamic and supportive team setting.
