Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop detailed construction documents (CDs) for diverse architectural projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet client specifications and project goals.
• Utilize Revit for creating and refining architectural designs and models.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve design outcomes.
• Assist in project management tasks, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Conduct site visits to gather data and ensure project alignment with plans.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to apply innovative solutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of architectural experience; 4 years preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit; familiarity with NewForma is a plus.
• Experience in higher education, civic, or municipal projects is advantageous.
• Strong skills in construction documentation (CDs) development.
• Solid foundational knowledge in architectural design and building codes.
• Commitment to achieving professional licensure.
