POSITION OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and nonclinical healthcare roles, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
• Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to build a robust and reliable network.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent.
• Analyze resumes and match specialized skills and qualifications with client needs and job requirements.
• Stay informed about industry trends and healthcare market developments to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract both active and passive candidates effectively.
• Collaborate with team leaders to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
• Collect and analyze recruitment data to improve process efficiency and overall effectiveness.
• Provide exceptional service to clients and candidates, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Healthcare, Nursing, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in agency recruiting or healthcare industry roles.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare industry practices and recruitment methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
• Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools for candidate sourcing and management.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity in all recruitment activities.
