POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our thriving recruiting division specializing in clinical and nonclinical healthcare roles. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and nonclinical healthcare roles, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
- Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to build a robust and reliable network.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent.
- Analyze resumes and match specialized skills and qualifications with client needs and job requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and healthcare market developments to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract both active and passive candidates effectively.
- Collaborate with team leaders to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collect and analyze recruitment data to improve process efficiency and overall effectiveness.
- Provide exceptional service to clients and candidates, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Healthcare, Nursing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in agency recruiting or healthcare industry roles.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry practices and recruitment methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools for candidate sourcing and management.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity in all recruitment activities.
