Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage billing and collections processes to ensure timely invoicing and adherence to client requirements.
  • Prepare detailed bills with narratives and account applications, ensuring precision and clarity.
  • Monitor accounts receivable reports and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing operations and enhance compliance.

  • Ensure successful e-billing submissions using designated systems and tools.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize billing workflows.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of billing experience in professional services or law firm environments.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word, with strong technical billing skills.
  • Detail-oriented with comprehensive knowledge of billing and collections processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a partnership-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to meet critical deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for conveying complex information effectively.
  • Experience with Aderant Expert and e-billing systems is preferred.
