Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Deliver specialized care to neonates in the NICU, ensuring high standards of patient safety.
- Monitor and assess neonatal conditions, implementing appropriate interventions and treatments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans.
- Educate families about neonatal care, fostering understanding and confidence.
- Maintain accurate patient records, adhering to regulatory and institutional standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Active RN licensure and certifications in BLS, NRP, and STABLE within six months of hire.
- Preferred one year of Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.
- Strong knowledge of neonatal care practices and NICU protocols.
- Ability to work night shifts, including three 12-hour shifts per week.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and certification maintenance.
- Experience in evidence-based practice and patient-centered care models.
