Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure across datacenters, offices, and partner connections.
- Implement and manage network appliances, emphasizing security and performance using Palo Alto firewalls.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance to ensure optimal functionality in dynamic environments.
- Document network configurations, topologies, and changes for operational transparency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with security teams to uphold compliance and enhance network safety protocols.
- Provide on-call support as part of a rotation schedule to address critical network issues.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in network engineering, with a preference for 7 years.
- Proficiency in network and security concepts, including IPSec and TLS-based VPNs.
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and related technologies.
- Knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and RIP.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
