Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure across datacenters, offices, and partner connections.
• Implement and manage network appliances, emphasizing security and performance using Palo Alto firewalls.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance to ensure optimal functionality in dynamic environments.
• Document network configurations, topologies, and changes for operational transparency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with security teams to uphold compliance and enhance network safety protocols.
• Provide on-call support as part of a rotation schedule to address critical network issues.
• Support integration of security measures within network contexts for seamless operations.
• Participate in infrastructure improvement projects to advance efficiency and reliability.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in network engineering, with a preference for 7 years.
• Proficiency in network and security concepts, including IPSec and TLS-based VPNs.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and related technologies.
• Knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and RIP.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
