Overview

  • Serve as a key support to executive leadership, managing schedules, travel, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in executive assistant, operations, or administrative roles.
  • Preferred experience in finance, investment management, or banking industries.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and expense management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage travel arrangements effectively.
  • Experience in HR processes, including onboarding and recruitment activities.
  • Proven ability to develop and refine internal processes for operational efficiency.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment with occasional in-office presence.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not mandatory.
