Overview

  • Engage with technology executives to identify challenges and present AI-driven solutions that enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct in-person networking at industry events within the NYC metro area to generate qualified leads and build relationships.
  • Utilize multi-channel prospecting methods, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and phone outreach, to secure meetings and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with teams to explore innovative approaches for lead generation and business development strategies.
  • Maintain a detailed and organized pipeline using CRM tools to track progress and data-driven insights.
  • Stay informed about advancements in AI and emerging technologies to provide credible and impactful solutions to clients.
  • Contribute to the growth of the organization by shaping strategies in the rapidly evolving AI and software development landscape.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Generate leads through active participation in industry events, conferences, and weekly NYC metro gatherings.
  • Conduct cold and warm outreach campaigns using various communication channels to secure first meetings.
  • Present AI-accelerated services and products to technology executives facing challenges with legacy systems and productivity.
  • Utilize consultative skills to uncover client needs and tailor conversations to address specific challenges effectively.
  • Maintain a highly organized pipeline with detailed tracking and data analysis to ensure consistent lead generation.
  • Explore and implement innovative methods for generating leads and expanding the client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and achieve organizational goals in AI solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • 3–8 years of proven success in lead generation and business development within the technology sector.
  • Experience selling technology services using a consultative, solutions-based approach.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to build rapport quickly in industry events.
  • Proficiency in multi-channel prospecting, including LinkedIn, email, phone, and event-based outreach.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to discuss business impacts credibly.
  • Comfortable with attending multiple in-person events weekly in the NYC metro area and occasional national travel.
