  • Lead and oversee PACU nursing operations in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and nursing best practices.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise daily PACU operations, ensuring high-quality patient care.
  • Coordinate resource allocation to meet patient care needs effectively.
  • Monitor compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate staff training and development to enhance clinical competencies.
  • Address patient and family concerns to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
  • Implement evidence-based practices to improve care outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; 3 years preferred.
  • Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of patient safety and emergency preparedness.
  • Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
