Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide direct patient care, managing a reduced caseload while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Supervise and mentor hospice nursing staff, guiding their professional growth and development.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution preferred.
- Minimum of six years of hospice nursing experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
- Active New York State RN licensure required; CHPN certification preferred or obtained within one year.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Windows applications necessary.
- Strong ability to supervise and mentor hospice nursing staff effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage field and office responsibilities.
