Overview
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes using Fusion SaaS Applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align P2P solutions with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide expert guidance across the procure-to-pay lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Drive process improvements leveraging Oracle best practices and innovative features.
- Ensure compliance with governance and control frameworks throughout the P2P process.
- Support change requests, enhancements, and upgrades to maintain system efficiency.
- Work remotely in a contract-based role with opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Design and implement Oracle Fusion P2P modules, including Procurement, Payables, and Expenses.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure Fusion applications effectively.
- Utilize Oracle Procurement AI features to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
- Ensure governance and compliance within P2P processes, adhering to industry standards.
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to manage change requests and system upgrades.
- Develop comprehensive functional documentation and design optimized business processes.
- Lead multi-country, multi-entity implementations, ensuring successful deployment and adoption.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline is required.
- Minimum 7 years of experience with Oracle Procurement and Accounts Payable applications.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SaaS Procurement and Payables modules.
- Proven expertise in implementing and optimizing Fusion P2P solutions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to drive project success.
- Experience in multi-country implementations is highly desirable.
- Advanced degrees or professional certifications in relevant fields are preferred.
