Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Design and implement backend architectures for AI systems, focusing on integration with APIs and analytics platforms.
• Develop event-driven microservices using modern programming languages to support workflows and external integrations.
• Ensure system reliability and security through advanced encryption, RBAC, and observability practices.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize functionalities like incident summarization, scheduling, and route optimization.
• Implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS or GCP for efficient operations.
• Perform data management tasks, including geo-queries, caching, and database optimization for enhanced performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring innovation and adaptability in platform development.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend service development using Node.js/TypeScript or Python.
• Proficiency in OpenAI APIs or similar LLM integrations for AI applications.
• Expertise in REST/GraphQL microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Strong data management skills, including Postgres, MongoDB, Redis, and geo-query optimization.
• Ability to ensure system security, reliability, and performance through advanced development practices.
• Ownership mentality and proactive approach to building innovative platforms from scratch.
