Job Description

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Write a high volume of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Due Diligence

Questionnaires (DDQs) and client updates for Institutional and Retail prospects/clients.

Work with other departments within the firm to facilitate the suitability review and timely completion of

RFPs/RFIs.

Effectively manage the review/draft process from kickoff to completion, taking full ownership of the

document from start to finish.

Effectively write technical investment material.

Add value/knowledge to proposals by understanding the prospect / client’s needs and customizing

responses to suit their goals.

Develop solid knowledge about the firm and its operations to effectively coordinate information from

various departments while completing RFPs/RFIs or ad hoc client and consultant requests.

Contribute to writing and maintaining firm and product language in RFP software, Qvidian.

Manage the updating of all content and messaging on a quarterly/monthly/ad hoc basis.

Working closely with Compliance to ensure materials are record kept and approved before distribution.

Providing value-added service to Distribution teams in the production of materials.

Your Required Skills

Your required skills must include:

Bachelor’s Degree

CFA a significant plus

A minimum of 5 years of RFP experience in investment management

Direct experience creating technical, strategy-focused RFP content is a plus

Strong understanding of the investment management business including basic product categories and

distribution channels

Must have strong writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills as well as a keen
