Job Description

Overview

  • Lead the strategic development and execution of comprehensive training programs aligning with organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and implement tailored solutions for diverse learning objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of instructional materials and programs for clinical and classroom environments.
  • Research and integrate innovative training methodologies to enhance program effectiveness and participant engagement.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to supplement training resources and expertise.
  • Ensure training strategies align with talent acquisition, development, and retention objectives.
  • Develop schedules and processes to ensure timely and accessible training delivery across organizational locations.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program outcomes to drive continuous improvement and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assess and refine existing training programs to align with evolving organizational needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define long-term learning objectives and strategies.
  • Coordinate training initiatives to support business unit objectives and human capital outcomes.
  • Oversee competency testing and development programs for trainers to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs on organizational performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement instructional design strategies for both new hires and existing staff.
  • Manage vendor relationships to enhance training resources and capabilities.
  • Ensure training delivery aligns with operational requirements and accessibility for participants.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree required, preferably in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in training and development roles.
  • Proven expertise in instructional design and program development.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to assess and implement innovative training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
  • Experience in vendor management and external training resources.
  • Knowledge of clinical and classroom training environments preferred.
